Lines of beautiful confusion, beginning the hand movements of weaving ikat or silk cloth at a factory in Margilan, Uzbekistan. Tomorrow I begin editing at @ナショナルジオグラフィック in Washington, DC, part VI of the @outofedenwalk with photo editor, @patrickwitty. A difficult task of merging photographs from Kazakhstan into the gentle poems of Uzbekistan for the story, New Silk Road, publishing in the December issue of National Geographic magazine.
