We're celebrating the opening of our new wing The Nation We Build Together today. Visitors are making Statues of Liberty our of LEGO bricks ?, touring @smithsoniangardens "Common Ground: Our American Garden" exhibition on our terrace, enjoying book signings for our exhibition-related publications, and trying out our American Experiments activity stations. Activities include sharing what you think a good citizen should do and discussing answers to this question: Who changed America more? In this bracket-style game, Yo-Yo Ma and Celia Cruz might go head-to-head with Theodore Roosevelt and Diane Nash. Even @スミソニアン博物館 Secretary Skorton stopped by to welcome visitors to the new wing and snap a #StatueOfLiberty selfie with our director!
