Richard’s Story > Richard is our Production Manager and has worked at Lavenham for 11 years. Richard oversees all of our production processes from Quilting to Final Inspection and Dispatch, solving any problems that may arise along the way to ensure the flow of production is consistent and on time. Richard is a very talented engineer and with his extensive knowledge if we have any machine breakdowns he is able to fix them and have them back up and running in no time, even our very large and complicated Quilting machines ✂️
