Some of the essential stretches I do before/after my workouts if I am really strapped for time ⏰?? @goodlifehc
The first 2 are my key upper body stretches to keep my posture in check and to also release tension in my shoulders and back...the last set of hip stretches are my life saver!!! ? I get really tight hip flexors (which give me lower back pain if I don't stretch them) so I do these EVERYDAY! ??
Hold each position for 10 long deeps breaths in and out ? ...way easier that looking at a clock and the breathing helps you relax deeper into your stretch ☺️enjoy fam!
