Photograph by @Thomas Peschak Green sea turtles graze algae on wave beaten rocky reefs in the western Galápagos. They feed through most of the sets but sometimes the waves become so big that the turtles let go and begin to surf underwater. Research by the #galapagosnationalpark and @darwinfound has shown that turtle populations are still very healthy in the Galápagos Marine Reserve.
