Season 2 boot camp!! When I thought #sealfit was challenging enough, I was hit with an even harder task. We just finished a three day hike. We scaled a mountain 7,146 ft. We exhausted our bodies, strengthened our minds and added to the foundation of our relationships from last year. This was hands down the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. There were definite moments when I wanted to say fuck it and home home if I have to be honest, but with an amazing bunch of friends, motivation and great leadership, anything is possible.
