I was told a young dog can breathe life into an older dog. I wasn't sure. I thought he deserved all of my attention, for as long as he could get it. Then we met Nevaeh. I watched this 3 year old girl adjust her young energy to meet the needs of my boy. I witnessed a caring, a respect, and a reverence for his wisdom and position. My Cesar has a new joy I didn't know was possible. Never underestimate the emotional intelligence of an animal.
