On the left I'm completely relaxed and on the right I'm tensing my abs. No photoshop, no extra lighting, just me. And you know what? Both are okay!! ? There is no good or bad.
Instagram can sometimes give you this over "perfected" pictures which can lead to an unrealistic self image to followers of that person.
I've had a lot of messages from girls telling me they want to look like me because they are too skinny or too fat. Then I look at their profile and see there's nothing wrong with them and look quite good actually! ❤️ So don't always over compare yourself to an IG account, it does more wrong than good sometimes! Instead look at yourself and be realistic. This is what I want to reach, this is what I have to do for it. So now let's work for it!!! ?
