Castella cakes craze has officially arrived. These alluring soft cakes created by chef Pang is now available at @antoinette_sg

The Queen's Delicate Castella Cake Collection has 6 flavours including vanilla, vanilla cheese, earl grey, earl grey cheese, Nutella and ondeh ondeh.
The elegant Earl Grey flavour meant I couldn't stop at just one mouthful, I had the whole slice to myself.
Ondeh Ondeh will delight those who like local tastes of fresh pandan flavours, studded with gula Melaka bites.
Launch information:
Available from Saturday, 15 July 2017 at Antoinette, 30 Penhas Road. It will be available a week after at Antoinette, Mandarin Gallery, from 22 July 2017.
