Products Used
Base coat: Dazzle Dry - Strengthening Base Coat from whatsupnails.com @whatsupnails
Black: China Glaze - Liquid Leather from hbbeautybar.com @hbbeautybar
Mint: China Glaze - Too Yacht To Handle from hbbeautybar.com @hbbeautybar
Purple: China Glaze - That's Shore Bright from hbbeautybar.com @hbbeautybar
Top coat: Dazzle Dry - Fast Dry Top Coat from whatsupnails.com @whatsupnails
Song: Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball (Caked Up Remix)

Steps:

1) Apply base coat to protect your nails and one layer of black nail polish and let it dry

2) Apply a thick base of black nail polish and while it is still wet start adding dots of colorful nail polish.

Make sure all nail polishes are fresh so they can spread out more easily. I dipped my brush in the nail polish bottle every time before adding the dot to the nail and tried to not get too much nail polish each time, just enough to have a little drop of nail polish on the brush. Try to apply dots so they don't mix with each other and remain separate blobs.

3) Wait until your nails are completely dry before applying top coat as it can smear your pretty blobbicure!
