The Dead Sea has been on my bucket list since I was 14 years old. Petra was just as stunning as I imagined, but nothing was as pure, innocent, and beautiful as the faces of the children I met in the Azraq Syrian Refugee Camp. These kids have seen the most devastating and unimaginable atrocities yet still manage to wake up with a smile excited about the possibilities of tomorrow. Kids should be kids - it was so disheartening to think they have to face such ugly acts at such a young age, so it was beyond rewarding being able to lend a helping hand and I'm going to continue to do so - It was one of the most enlightening emotional experiences I've ever had; So while the city was beautiful, and the locals were lovely, nothing was or will ever be as heart warming and life changing as their sweet, smiling faces. @careorg
