#GotGPicoftheDay The day we shot the opening with Ego & Meredith Quill the Ford Cobra broke down twice for a period of a couple hours. In set time, this is eight years. We only had one day on this country road location, and one day with the helicopter from which we shot the opening shot overhead. So it was tense as the gang tried to get the Cobra (painted in the same colors as the Milano and much of Ego's planet) up and running again. Daytime was running out but, eventually we got it running. The last couple shots were unusable because it was getting too dark. It's days like this why I don't generally consider shooting my favorite part of directing a movie. #gotgvol2 #fordcobra #filmmaking #fbf #FlashbackFriday #movie
