Doing a spot of yoga before a sunrise surf lesson in @visitnoosa - talk about living the dream! This kind of scene is very common in Australia, and particularly in @queensland's @visitsunshinecoast where the surf's great, the locals are super friendly and the sun rises over the water. In the warmer months the water temperature hovers around a very pleasant 25°C meaning most surfers don't even bother with a wetsuit!
