This #weekend have your tart tin at the ready - and try making one of my favourites, with apricots and frangipane. It's very similar to the classic Bakewell #tart, which can be paired with any fruits in season: cherries, pears, peaches or, as here, apricots. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of crème fraîche !
