Tapering/peaking is always an interesting time. You've been putting in the hard work all year (and years and years before that) and it's time for your training volume to come down a bit and those "sharpening up" track sessions as you freshen up and prepare for the biggest competition of the year /one of the biggest of your whole career. I'm super grateful to have an amazing coach, support team and training partners to help me focus and prepare physically and mentally to get out there and give it everything. 6 days until World Champs start and 11 days until the 800m heats.
