This is how I slapped my back. I still competed after the fall (I had some pain but didn't feel too bad at this point), surprisingly I did also pretty well in finals--(That actually makes me feel kind of stupid ?)....Right after my last round at the @psicocomp I got some tingling dragging pain in my right leg...Today I had a MRI---so the fall caused me 3 disc protrusions in my thoracic spine and an inflammation of my old disc injury! Shit happens ---but they told me everything will be fine in a few weeks...and I can climb again same as ever ????????#toooldforthis #liverecoverclimbrepeat
