Nada en esta vida puede gustarme mas que abrazarte y besarte ❤ Muchas me preguntais por la rutina que sigue Alexandra ahora.. ya no le hago swaddle, hace demasiado calor y se agobia. Asi que lo hemos cambiado un poco, la baño y le doy el pecho entre las 8.30-9pm. Normalmente ahi se queda dormida ya, sino, es Israel el que la duerme y asi yo aprovecho para hacer cosas. El tiene una tecnica para dormirla rebotando en la pelota de pilates! ?? Normalmente se despierta como a la 4.30am y luego ya a las 7am y ahi ya me la pongo en la cama conmigo ? Varias veces ha dormido directa hasta 7! ?

There is nothing i love more than hugging and kissing you❤ lot of you ask me about her sleeping routine.. i don't swaddle her anymore, it's too warm and she gets upset. So i've changed the way. Now i give her bath and breastfeed her around 8.30-9pm. Usually she falls asleep while eating, otherwise is Israel who will put her sleep so i can do things. He bounces on the pilates ball and Alexandra fall asleep immediately?? The she wakes up around 4.30am and 7am, at this moment i put her in bed with me ? Sometimes she has slept straight? till 7am tho!
