Reason number 5377483 why we love Staub's cast iron fry pans: They can house a Swampy Pandowdy. ? @emily_c99 invented this mash-up of @amandahesser's Raspberry Swamp Pie with her own pandowdy recipe. The top is flooded with cream near the end of its baking time which results in a "custardy, juicy, glorious filling." Um, yes please. ?
