Arm finisher courtesy of @mandykarimloo Not a fan of arm isolations anymore but throw them in from time to time. Here's a good routine for bi's and tri's that have a lot of time-under-tension. (8 lower half reps, 8 upper half reps, 8 reps with 8 second negative, 30 second hold, then burn out reps) 3 sets each side. @waryang #arms #excercise #gym #sunday
