? Lots of panda today for my lunch! Homemade #gyoza with lots of coriander (me love) haha.

Recipe
Makes about 18
*
Ingredients A
200g minced pork or other meat as preferred
80g finely diced cabbage
Halve an onion, minced
Coriander finely cut up, as desired
1tsp grated ginger
0.5 tsp sesame oil
5g dashi powder
Ingredients B
Gyoza skin wrappers 18pcs
2tsp cooking oil
Some water
Seaweed

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix all A ingredients and seasoning well.
2. Spoon about one tablespoon of meat filling in gyoza skin wrapper.
3. Gently wet the edge in a semi circular fashion and fold over to close the edges
4. Repeat to finish all the gyoza. Add sushi seaweed for panda details. Brush on a little water to help the seaweed stick to the gyoza wrappers.
5. In a heated frypan, add about 2 tsp of vegetable oil.
6. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and fry until bottom is browned.
7. Then quickly add in some water and cover the pan with lid and let the gyoza cook for about 2-3mins.
8. Serve warm. Recommend dipping in vinegar with some la-yu.
