I'm totally obsessed with Pilates now ?
I think I worked a lot of muscles I never knew I had!! My abs are also killing me!! By far one of the most fun classes I've ever tried thanks to my @1stphorm #phamily @caseylovesfitness & @エミリー・シアーズ ?
Definitely going to try incorporating at least one class a week into my fitness roster! ??
I like to drink my BCAAS and Glutamine by @1stphorm during my class to help with the muscle recovery process! Can't imagine how sore my muscles would feel without it ?
