GRAND RAPIDS SOULROCKERS: Today, Wed 8/16/17 we hit one of our favorite venues Meier Gardens in Grand Rapids! A town filled with many of the nicest people we meet every summer in a botanical garden that is incredibly beautiful and run by a team of amazing folks. It's gonna rock!!!

While you're waiting in line to get in, bring your yoga mat/frisbee/hula hoop and a snack to share out to the lawn for our Soulrocker meet up /pot luck at 5:30. Outside the main entrance lawn by the swan sculpture. I'll be there ready to get my stretch on and say hello!

I'm so grateful to have music to bring people together during this time of pain and divisiveness. Right now we need positive energy in the world and we are going to share ours with you. Comment and tell me what you're doing to repel negativity and bring more focused compassion to the world today.
