No special glasses required. Our savory black bean soup will #eclipse all others.
Ingredients:
• 3 Tablespoons olive oil
• ½ cup (70 g) onions, rough chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled
• 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
• 3 cups (720 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
• ½ cup (120 ml) water
• 2 Tablespoons lime juice
• 2 (425 g) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
• Garnish as you'd like: pumpkin and chia seeds, puffed amaranth, black salt or black garlic oil

Directions:
1️⃣ In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium-low heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 8 minutes.
2️⃣ Add chili powder and cook 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add broth, water, lime juice, black beans, and cooked onion mixture to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
4️⃣ Select Variable 1 or the Hot Soups program. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 6 minutes 30 seconds; or start the machine and allow the Hot soups program to complete.
