tore through the capital, Freetown. Hundreds of people are still missing and thousands more are left homeless.

The Oxfam WASH team is responding in Mountaincut (eastern Freetown). Our assessment showed that all water points were destroyed by flood water. Oxfam is installing water tanks, providing clean water and hygiene kits to survivors of the mudslide to help mitigate the risk of cholera and other diseases.
