I'd like to introduce you all to my cycling coach for this past few days.. maybe some of you know him.. #dennisquaid Dennis stayed with me and coached me through the clicking in, shifting, cadence, drafting and all these other intricacies of cycling I had absolutely no clue about for almost 100 miles. He told jokes when it got hard and told me to slow my ass down whenever I got too spunky and there were pot holes around. ?(Probably would've burned my legs out if he'd not been there) it's awesome when you meet someone who you've always loved their work but then their personality and character end up being your favorite thing about them.
