What's in a roll.
Some call this a Swiss roll but to me, it's not because that reminds me of western-style rolls filled with jam/buttercream. Mine's soft, light yet not to the extent of vanishing in a fluff. In Japanese, it's "しっとりふわふわ" (shittori-fuwa fuwa) Hard to explain in English but you'll know when you try it.
