My Body: Only several weeks after having my cysts removed of my ovaries under general anaesthetic. #keyholesurgery my Scar on my abs is still fresh & hardly been back training & couldn't train for several months due to chronic fatigue with cysts & the curling into a ball with the pain.. I've done good to pluck the courage up to step on stage. Wanted to just get back on stage & show myself that I can do anything i put my mind too.. I'm looking to compete in 8 weeks to keep my focus into routine & diet disciplined.. everyone has a story.. but like our bodies where all different but where all still human.. Ive got muscle memory after being a professional Trampolinist & years of training.. but I do think the 18 months off I've had grieving has done my Body/mind good but it's made me have a different outlook & perspective on things.. I know grieving brings on all kinds of illnesses & I've had non stop infections as my immune system been shot to bits, despite how healthy I was to eat or exercise regular..
