Did you like the illustration from the last post? Peggy @thepigeonletters here, and I want to take you guys through a step-by-step pictorial so you can create a lovely bouquet of your own! Swipe right to follow along.
Step 1 - Sketch your bouquet with pencil. (Tip: Grab my book, Botanical Line Drawing for inspiration!)
Step 2 - Trace your banner with a #PigmaMicron, preferably with a bolder tip like 05 or 08.
Step 3 - Select a color of your choice (multiple colors if you'd like), trace the flowers that you want to enhance with a #GellyRoll pen.
Step 4 - Finish tracing the illustration with a Micron pen that has a smaller tip than what you used on your banner.
Step 5 - Add a short phrase to your banner using Sakura's brush pen!
Step 6 - Share your work using hashtags #botanicallinedrawing & #thepigeonletters
