今日は朝からphytotherapyのチンキ作りのworkshopを受けたよ〜今回は美白や風邪に良いチンキを作ったよ〜沢山のハーブがあって沢山癒されました〜anti aging 用の化粧水も作ったよ❤最後にめいそうしてレッスンは終わり?良い日曜日の朝?✨?☺️ I went to phytotherapy workshop this morning to make my own anti aging lotion and tincture for my cold. I had lot of fun attending to this class We also had some time to meditate after the class!
