Two elephants quenching their thirst near Abu Camp, Botswana. Here they are relatively safe but more than 100 000 elephants have been killed in Africa the last 3 years! In fact every 15 minutes an elephant is killed for its tusks and most countries in Africa don't have adequate capacity to protect their herds.
