Made my first batch of green smoothie pops today. They remind me of the Otter Pops of my childhood, but trust me what's inside is where they truly stand out.

These are essentially a green smoothie inside a popsicle mold- which makes it easy to pack in school lunches, grab for a snack or bring to a sports practice.

We made these for a fundraiser for my daughters gymnastics team. Rather than selling chocolate bars, I'm going for the leafy green love. I'll let you know how it goes next week when we sell them.
