PET FRIENDLY SHELTER EVACUATION INFO???The Pet Friendly Evacuation Center (PFEC) at the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion (10901 SW 24th St.) will open TOMORROW, Wednesday, September 6 at 5 p.m. for pet owners residing in qualified evacuation zones, unsafe structures or mobile homes. Pet owners are urged to bring food and provisions for themselves and for their pets.

To ensure the safety of the animals in our care, Trap-Neuter-Return and Surrender services will be closed on Wednesday, September 6.

The rescue office will be open until end of business tomorrow Wednesday, September 6 for rescue partners.

The Pet Adoption and Protection Center will be open for adoption and vaccination services on Wednesday, September 6 and will be CLOSED STARTING THURSDAY to the public until further notice. The Homestead Community Spay/Neuter Clinic will be closed.

Spay/neuter surgeries scheduled for Thursday, September 7 through Sunday, September 10 will be rescheduled.
