Time for bento tutorial with @milosingapore! Love this colorful and yummy ? lunchbox and I hope you try making them too.
Ingredients - approx 160g Japanese rice - approx 1tsp ground sesame - slice cheese - sushi seaweed - lettuce - sautéed minced meat and vegetables for sides. - egg - carrot slices - 1 x Milo

Method:
1. Prepare the sides. I seasoned the minced meat with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, grated ginger, a little raw sugar, sesame oil. Egg is seasoned with dashi and some sugar. French beans just some salt and pepper.
2. Blanch the carrots. You can cut cute shapes like mine
3. Mix rice with ground sesame to color brown
4. Shape and make the parts for teddy's head, ears, hands and feet
5. Add the details using cheese and seaweed
6. Assemble in bento box, and it's done!
