2 days ago I found myself on top of "New Baseline" V14/8B+! ? This was my 4th day on it. I wanted to climb this boulder ever since I saw it over 6 years ago. We finally had a "cooler" and dryer day and it went!! Now for the sad news... I just sprained my ankle in the forest today.?? I was walking up to a climb when I stepped on a bit of ground that was soft and I didn't realize it. My ankle twisted and i fell on it and then I felt/ heard a crack. A lot of pain followed for about 10 minutes, but now it's just a good bit sore/ tender and stiff. Swelling isn't bad at this point and not much bruising so ?!!! Hope it's just a sprain and back to climbing really soon in the forest after a little bit of rest! ??
