Was lucky enough to have a one on one personal #pilates class yesterday at the exclusive @39montecarlo in Monaco, I'm really enjoying Pilates and have been going on a regular basis. Mixing it up in the gym is a great way to improve your fitness and work on different muscles in the body. Pilates has really helped me Improve my core strength and keeps me lean, not to mention being powered by @1stphorm supplements ? I always pack them with me wherever I go, even on #vacation ?? #iam1stphorm ?????? ✈️ Currently at the airport headn to Athens to board a yacht for the last 7 days of my Europe Vacation!
