Last week I had an amazing oportunity to bake bread for a final dinner of Podlasie Slow Fest - a celebration of arthouse cinema and good food happening in the most serene part of Poland called Podlasie. The bread was a mixture of wheat, spelt and rye enriched with hemp oil, baked potatoes and onions, baked on a lovage leafs and served with dishes cooked by the most talented badass Polish lady chefs. @malika.pl @oliwia_bernady @lilianafilipiak @emibuchlov @unitedstatesoftaste @znowujejsieupieklo @unitedstatesoftaste it was such a pleasure to meet and work alongside such a witches (witch gitches ;) ).
