It’s 3pm here on the East Coast and I just realized I haven’t had lunch. ? . I wish this was a rare moment, but lately it’s happening a lot. Thank goodness I can whip up some Avocado & Parsley Hummus like a rawkstar and enjoy it with crackers (@simplemills sprouted seed crackers are great) and fresh broccoli. My kids will enjoy this too when they get home from school in a bit, so it's a win-win kinda day right now. ?? . RAWKSTAR TIP :: Combining healthy fats + protein is a great goal for any snack you eat. I learned the importance of that while doing our first Fresh Start: A 21-Day Cleanse back in 2013. Food really can affect how we think, feel and treat others! It's amazing how much calmer and more collected I am when I eat like THIS versus downing an iced coffee and banana bread...because that does happen too. #keepingitreal .
