MORNINGGGG!!! Happy Monday!!!! Make sure u check out this months issue of @womensfitnessuk ☝?? My Monday motivation tip is stop comparing yourself to others. We all have different lives, bodies, budgets etc .. don't get me wrong I love scrolling through Instagram & taking inspiration from girls outfits, holiday locations, cool new places to eat. I also definitely get motivation from seeing a strong healthy female body & it gets me off my ass & training & downing that green juice!! BUT we are all different! I'm using this photo of me as my motivation to get up & train today as I was at my peak of fitness here, before my very indulgent summer. Yes I love following the beautiful lean Victoria secrets models but realistically I know I'm never going to look like them (they haven't invented leg stretching surgery yet haa ??) & that's fine! I'm working on myself for myself & I know my body. Everybody is different we all react to training at different rates. Never compare your journey to anyone else's. Support other women but Focus on YOU.
