#Pitshark ! Anyone have one of these in their gym? Absolutely love this thing and great for anyone with back issues. Typically used for squats but I love to do sumo deadlifts and pull throughs on it! Combine it with a free weight squat and deadlift combo and your legs will feel like jello! All reps should be controlled and always put your weight in your heels!
