This breakfast biscuit has @5280meat chorizo sausage and smoked bacon along with my original Everything seasoning that started it all. I just need a 16 oz glass of OJ to wash it down??☀️‼️

Makes 4-5 sandwiches

Ingredients:
4-5 biscuits toasted (could also substitute English muffin, bread or bagel)
2 lb. @5280meat chorizo sausage
4-5 slices @5280meat smoked bacon (semi-cooked)
@Flavorgod Seasonings Everything seasoning
Sliced cheddar
2 avocados, mashed
4-5 eggs
2Tbsp ghee butter

Directions:
Sausage patties: pre-heat grill to 450-500*F. Form medium sized patties and place on grill safe tin foil for about 1-2 minutes per side, reduce heat to 300*F and add sliced bacon (partially cooked so that it can finish crisping on the grill) and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and bacon is crisped to your liking.

Fried egg: melt your ghee in a pan on high heat. Once melted, reduce to med-low heat and gently crack open egg. Let egg fry for several minutes until whites are firm and edges of egg are golden brown. Remove from pan.

Assemble your toasted biscuit (or muffin, bagel etc. of your choice), mashed avocado, sausage, bacon and top with fried egg and season with FlavorGod Everything.
