For me, hair is more than an accessory; it's an investment. ?
Here are some tips for healthy, strong hair:
1. Wash your hair regularly
2. Apply conditioner to the midlengths of your hair to the ends (NOT to your scalp) after cleansing it with shampoo
3. Rinse thoroughly
4. Avoid using tight hair ties; opt for hair claw clip instead.
5. Healthy eating. Nutrients like vitamins, iron and proteins are needed for your hair growth and health.
