We start new class in #Nakameguro . Every 1st Saturday am7:30-8:30.In this class, we will be focusing on strengthening the core thoroughly, then flow whole body with vinyasa movement to a good sweat.My class is derived from Yogic Arts, which is based on the traditional Indian yoga and popular for hip-up exercise.
All beginners and experienced are equally welcomed. The instructions will be made both in Japanese and in English so English speakers are more than welcome to join.
