The biggest accomplishment.
At the start of this injury I was pretty scared I wouldn't be able to do one of the things I loved most again. I remember the day I found out exactly what I had done and sobbed at the thought I might not be able to do bars again. My arm was in a pretty bad way but I choose to forget thinking about all that could go wrong and just focus on all the things that could I knew could go right.
It's been a long 5 months and it's been a lot of hard work. This is the biggest injury I think I've had to face so far but I'm so proud to have completed this skill again today.
It's amazing what you can achieve if you surround yourself with the right people & never stop believing.
