My tips if u are struggling with staying consistent with exercise & healthy eating.. 1, CHANGE what your doing. Find something u enjoy because trust me u will. I can't stand running it just isn't for me but Pilates, barre & quick hiit sessions I love! @resultswithlucy Has over 400 workouts all different including yoga, Pilate, hiit, ballet, gymnastics, skipping, dance, boxing & many more. I think variety is key! 2, GET A WORKOUT BUDDY it's been proven that support & training together massively improves your chances of sticking to a fitness routine. Even whatsapping each other your healthy dinner creations or sharing new yummy recipes you have discovered. 3, DONT STRESS if u don't feel like training sometimes that's fine relax, if u want something naughty don't worry! Move on we are all human don't turn a naughty treat into a bad day, bad week or even a bad month. It happened u enjoyed your rest day or that choc bar & move forward don't beat yourself up. 4, SLOW & STEADY WINS THE RACE. Ease yourself in find what works with your lifestyle. If 15 mins training a day works for u that's perfect. Don't worry that someone does more or more intense training we are all on our own journey focus on you. With nutrition make a few changes at a time maybe start with cutting out processed food & always having a good protein breakfast. Week 2 drink more water & replace sugary milky teas for herbal. Simple changes that don't overwhelm you.
