What will happen with Limbani when he's no longer a baby?
Limbani's forever home is with us at ZWF, he will have the proper accommodations as he grows older. Mario ZWF's president & cofounder has had several other chimps in his lifetime & is fully knowledgeable on chimpanzees & their necessities.
Is Limbani your only chimpanzee?
Limbani for now is our only chimp, but our goal is to eventually find him a mate or other chimps for him to live with once he's older.
Why does Limbani wear diapers?
Limbani wears diapers for his own personal hygiene & for those who handle him. He does spend several hours a day diaper-less, like in this video.
Why does Limbani wear clothes?
To keep the diaper on when necessary.
