This was such a fulfilling and inspiring listen.
There are so many important wisdoms that Ellen Burstyn shares in this episode.
Not only as an actress but as a human being.
As a woman.
I'm inspired by her.
At 81 years old, she is still striving to be better and learn what each stage of life offers for development.
Learning to let go.
That she loves having love in her life but is fulfilled just as well without a romantic partner because she has so much love in her life, especially her son, love of her work and her friends and most importantly love in her heart to givvvvve.
I also very much loved Mary Oliver's Poem that she shares; 'When Death Comes'. I could go on and on about so many things she shares in this conversation but I'll shut up and let you give it a listen for yourself if you're interested.
I hope you enjoy it and love her as much as I do.
