My City. Reflecting on my digital life. Old and new weaving together to create the ever evolving fabric of a Mega City. Today marks the 43rd day that my gmail account was hacked/hijacked. Google has failed miserable in assisting me to get it back. So this is my public service announcement: When your gmail account gets hacked or hijacked you may never get it back. Period. How crazy is that. If the last month has taught me anything it’s that google can screw with your life for one very simple reason. They just don’t care enough about the users when something goes wrong. Why would I trust @Google with its new hardware and phones when they can’t/ won’t deal with my an active hacker in my gmail account. Remember theses are the same keys that you’ll use for all google services. Google as I said yesterday, reach out let’s chat about this issue and help me resolve it - Malachy
