True life: I forgot what it feels like to have a flat tummy like this but it's cool seeing old pics for motivation post-baby *as I'm eating ice cream right now* ? Foreal tho, I can't believe this was just a year ago! I plan on nursing (fingers crossed) but am curious about what workouts I can do after my doctor gives me the green light. I read online that working out can kill your milk supply. Is that true? Any advice from my mommies out there for safe workouts? Prior to being preggo, I did #BBG and cycling classes but I know it might be a while before I can jump back into that. ? Any advice would be awesome!!
