I haven’t trained for 4 weeks.. ?- Yeah I know, crazy right?! I couldn’t have gym time while making a tv program in the middle of nowhere & to be honest after that I didn’t have the energy to go anymore? excuses? Nope just taking a step back for once ☺️. It’s oke from time to time to just relax and don’t feel guilty about it one bit! A little reset was exactly what I needed!?? So after one good workout, back in my country, the pump was on!?
