CONQUERING FEAR ??‍♀️
One of the requirements of passing the PADI course is being able to take your mask off underwater and swimming for 15 metres / 60 seconds. Ever since I was little I’ve always held my nose underwater and so when I went to take off my mask today I thought I was drowning and my survival instinct kicked in and I needed to reach the surface (this is incredibly dangerous to do because of the different pressures underwater). So here I am, practicing my mask routine in my shower! Sometimes you have to work hard to conquer fear! ?? #MaskOn
